China’s Honghua Offshore will soon submit a development plan for its multi-platform liquefied natural gas project in the US Gulf of Mexico to the US government for endorsement, writes Xu Yihe.
With UK contractor Wood having completed front-end engineering and design work, a company official said Honghua is ready to hand the FEED study to the US Maritime Administration in June this year.
