The state-run player has just launched a new exploration and production talent acquisition programme that will pit teams from selected universities in 14 countries against each other for the chance to work at MOL and share in €20,000 ($25,000) of prize money.

UPPP will see students of geosciences and petroleum engineering compete in teams of three across two rounds.
