Husky Energy could be saddling up for a rough ride through the Canadian courts after one horse owner claimed the oil company was responsible for the death of a portion of his stud.
Saskatchewan resident Wayne Knight has hit a subsidiary of Calgary-based Husky with the C$3.7 million (US$2.8 million) suit, also alleging that some of his horses were injured due to the negligence of Husky Oil Operations Ltd.
