HYUNDAI Heavy Industries must rebuild itself from the bottom up if the South Korean contractor is to return to profitability in 2016, according to chief executive Kwon Oh-gap.
“We need to change. We need to up-end the way we think and the way we act. We need to start all over from scratch,” he told employees in a New Year’s address on 5 January.
