Financial Secretary to the Treasury Nicky Morgan met industry leaders for the first time since the Budget in March, when it was announced there would be a review into the tax treatment of the UK continental Shelf.
The meeting of the "fiscal forum" - where industry and government regularly discuss tax issues - outlined the scope and objectives of the review, which will examine whether the regime can help incentivise investment.
