Chemicals giant Ineos is considering fresh investment in the Breagh gas area off the UK that could see it add new onshore compression equipment and finally bring a second phase of development into reality.
Ineos, which has been investing heavily in UK upstream and energy projects, could sanction the compression scheme later this year, delegates to a southern North Sea supply chain event were told this week.
