The Iranian authorities have finally agreed foreign investment rules that offer a variety of contract models and appear to be acceptable to all political factions in the country.
“The important point now is that the leader (Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei) has given his blessing to the programme.. so that means there shouldn’t be any further serious political problems or delays,” said a source in Tehran.
