IRAN will be offering more than 50 upstream oil and gas projects to potential foreign investors at two major presentations in Tehran in November and London in late February 2016.
This is according to former deputy oil minister Mehdi Hosseini, the man in charge of a special committee which has drawn up fresh investment rules for foreign companies, who was speaking to a gathering of foreign companies and bankers in London.
