THE National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) has finalised a long-awaited list of 10 Iranian companies deemed to be qualified joint venture partners for international oil companies taking on exploration and production projects in the Islamic republic.
The list, which has yet to be published, was completed by the state company about a fortnight after documents were submitted by about 50 companies.
