UNITED Arab Emirates-owned Dragon Oil has revived a swap arrangement with Iran for at least two shipments of crude from its Cheleken development in Turkmenistan
The first tanker under the Russian flag with 6000 tonnes of crude from Turkmenistan was unloaded in Neka on 4 August. The second arrived on 9 August.
Sources in Azerbajan said a tanker had tried to dock off Baku in late July, but had to turn back after Azeri authorities rejected its documentation as insufficient.
