Qatar Petroleum has initiated the chase for a key offshore contract involving the fifth development phase of its Idd El-Shargi North Dome (ISND) oilfield in the Persian Gulf, writes Nishant Ugal.
Multiple industry sources told Upstream that QP wants to add three wellhead platforms at the ISND oilfield and is understood to have floated market enquiries for shortlisting engineering, procurement and construction contractors.
