IVORY Coast Energy & Renewables Minister Abdourahmane Cisse has appointed Jean-Baptiste Aka Kadjo as his Director of Cabinet alongside a new Deputy Director, Viviane Ado Gossan.
The country is expected to award two fresh offshore production sharing licences before the end of the month after direct negotiations conclude.
Cisse said he aims to double oil and gas production by 2020, according to local media.
