The top-drive unit will be used for exploration drilling, completion, workovers and well testing on upwards of 14 wells.
The jack-up will be operating in water depths ranging from 20 to 300 feet and drilling to a sub-surface depth of 20,000 feet.
The contract, which Kodeco wants to start on 1 June, is expected to run for between one and two years.
