It is not all gloom and despondency in Indonesia, where several gas projects are progressing even if the schedules have slipped somewhat from their original timelines.
Italian operator Eni is progressing with the fast-track development of its deep-water Jangkrik and Jangkrik North East fields and is now aiming for production start-up in two years’ time — after first gas was initially touted as being achievable this year by the then head of upstream regulator SKK Migas.
