Indonesian contractor Meindo Elang Indah (MEI) has been awarded a workscope linked to the development of national oil company Pertamina’s SP field off north-west Java, writes Russell Searancke.
The workscope comprises the engineering procurement, construction and installation of an offshore platform, a subsea pipeline and modification of an existing offshore platform.
The SP field sits within the Offshore North West Java complex, which has been in production since 1971.
