Four international companies are in the frame for the tie-up with a South-East Asia-focused independent expected to win the day.
"There are four companies interested two from Canada and two from Asia and JSX will be meeting with them over the next couple of weeks," said a source close to the talks.
One of the regional companies was due to meet with JSX in Bangkok on 1 March.
