Indonesia’s national oil and gas company Pertamina has secured $1.85 billion in financing for its Jambaran Tiung Biru gas field development from a consortium of 12 banks led by Japanese lender Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group.

The significant Jambaran Tiung Biru project, which is located onshore Java and is expected to produce around 315 million cubic feet per day of gas, is targeted to come on stream in 2021.
