The Adong Kecil-West 1 well in Block SK 333 was drilled to a total depth of 3170 metres, and found about 349 metres of net hydrocarbon pay.
Two drill stem tests were performed, and the well flowed 11.5 million cubic feet per day of gas and about 440 barrels of oil. Assessments are under way to determine the field’s resource.
Adong Kecil-West 1 is about 20 kilometres north-east of the oil town of Miri.
