India’s state-owned Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) is reported to be still keen to drill its first wildcat on Block SS-04 in Bangladesh this year.
Overseas subsidiary ONGC Videsh now aims to spud the Kanchan-1 onshore exploration well around November after the end of the 2018 monsoon season. The original intention had been to drill the prospect in March.
