Drilling contractors expected to participate in the tender, which includes four firm wells and an option for a fifth, include US duo Diamond Offshore and Transocean and possibly Norwegian-Singaporean joint venture Songa Opus Offshore Drilling, sources said.
They added that they expect the bid list to comprise four or five players in all, although 14 companies registered for this round of prequalification.
