Shareholders in the Eni-led Karachaganak gas and condensate development have agreed terms with the Kazakhstan government for a long-discussed gas debottlenecking project.
The project aims to extend the timeframe over which Karachaganak Petroleum Operating (KPO) will be able to maintain the condensate production plateau, according to Kazakh state-run management vehicle PSA.
