Karoon Gas Australia has agreed a deal with German operator Dea that will see the duo explore potential new opportunities in Brazil and gives the latter an option to farm into the Australian company's existing Santos basin permits, writes Josh Lewis.
The pair have signed a co-operation framework agreement which will see them review and evaluate and, if appropriate, jointly bid for offshore assets in Brazil.
