US ENGINEERING giant KBR is set to close its Greenford office in the UK as part of a reorganisation prompted in part by the oil price slump.
KBR confirmed this week it has decided to “consolidate” its London operations in Greenford and Leatherhead into “one centre of excellence at the Leatherhead campus”.
“Our decision is based on business sustainability, project delivery, changes in global oil price — and its impact on investment decisions, project economics and execution costs,” a spokeswoman told Upstream.
