Kentz chief executive Christian Brown said the deal will provide the contractor with better access to the US and Latin America and increase its global exposure.
“This deal gives us critical mass in process engineering and positions us to grow (engineering, procurement and construction) services business in the Middle East and Africa,” Brown added.
“Some two third of Valerus business comes from repeat clients just like us and we have very few common clients.”
