Silvester Kasuku, director general of Kenya’s Lamu Port & South Sudan Ethiopia Transport (Lapsset) Corridor Development Authority, said 350,000 barrels per day of oil from South Sudan would be added to supplies from northern Kenya, where Tullow Oil recently made several key discoveries.
