Singapore’s Keppel group of companies has been confronted by more allegations emanating from Brazil’s Car Wash corruption probe, relating to supposed bribes paid to former Petrobras executives and illegal campaign funding for the former ruling party.
Keppel Offshore & Marine’s soon-to-be former commercial representative in Brazil, Zwi Skornicki, provided a detailed account of his role in facilitating a string of contracts for Keppel, mainly for the BrasFels Shipyard, by agreeing to undeclared bribes amounting to either 0.9%
