Keppel subsidiary Keppel Singmarine will build the vessel, which is currently scheduled for delivery in the middle of 2017.
The vessel, which is being built for MCS subsidiary New Orient Marine, will be designed to operated in ambient temperatures as low as minus 30 degrees Celsius. It will have an Ice Class Arc 5 notation and be equipped with Dynamic Positioning 3 and diving support functions.
