OIL Ministry and other government officials in Tehran are hoping for early results from US Secretary of State John Kerry’s latest effort to clear the way for non-US banks to start dealing with Iran in the post-sanctions period.
Kerry was meeting top bankers in London this week to reassure them that Washington will not prevent them from resuming business relations with Iran.
