Shale and chemicals giant Ineos is scouting out options that offer “a flat looped circuit” for its sponsored attempt by Kenyan running legend Eliud Kipchoge to run the marathon in under two hours.
Kipchoge, who is the world record holder over the distance and has just added another London Marathon win to his near-unblemished list of victories, recently accepted to take on the Ineos 1:59 Challenge.
