US independent Kosmos Energy has contracted an EnscoRowan semi-submersible to kick off a drilling campaign in the US Gulf of Mexico this summer
The Ensco 8503 is currently under contract with Talos Energy in Mexico through June, with Kosmos taking it for a six-well deal in the US Gulf starting in August and wrapping up in March 2020, according to the driller's latest fleet report.
