SINGAPORE-listed KrisEnergy is set to sign a petroleum agreement for Cambodia Block A that will pave the way for the phased development of its Apsara offshore oilfield and production start-up could come as early as 2019.
Ministry of Mines & Energy Secretary of State Meng Saktheara claimed there had been a lot of revisions to the documentation on both KrisEnergy and the Cambodian authorities’ sides.
