Singaporean independent KrisEnergy has launched a tender covering engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services for the development of its landmark Apsara oil project off Cambodia.
Industry officials said the tender launched by KrisEnergy early this month has drawn interest from about a dozen contractors in Asia, including three from China.
“KrisEnergy has invited (all the) contractors in the region you can think of,” said one source.
