Kupe decision expected later this year

A final investment decision is expected before the end of 2019 on the Kupe compression project in New Zealand.

If approved, the compression project would then be completed in mid-2021, according to joint venture partner New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG).

A development study has been completed for the compression project, which is intended to boost production rates that have dropped below plateau from the offshore Kupe field, added NZOG.
