Saudi Arabia and Kuwait have embarked on a fresh effort to end a long-standing dispute that has led to a shut-down of oil production from the Neutral Zone between the two Persian Gulf neighbours, writes Nassir Shirkhani.

Saudi Deputy Oil Minister Prince Abdulaziz Bin Salman visited Kuwait last week in a fresh bid to resume production at a time when more crude is likely needed to compensate for the loss of exports form Iran and Venezuela.
