India’s Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is understood to have submitted the lowest bid to provide a water injection-living quarters platform to state giant Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for a development off the country’s west coast.
The local engineering player is well placed to secure the contract after bids were opened by ONGC for its new water injection South-R (NWIS-R) platform.
