The asset package includes acreage that is located in Midland and Martin counties in Texas as well as 1850 barrels of oil equivalent per day and “hundreds” of potential drilling locations targeting the Spraberry and Wolfcamp formations.
Lario already has a rig running on its existing acreage in the Midland basin and plans to increase its activity there over the next couple of years.
