ExxonMobil will gain access to 17,000 acres on the Midland side of the Permian basin that are currently producing 4700 barrels of oil equivalent as well as 800 acres on the Delaware side of the Permian.
Linn will get 500 acres in the prolific South Belridge field in California that are producing about 3400 barrels per day of oil with proven reserves of 27 million barrels of oil equivalent.
