CNOOC’s offshore engineering outfit Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation is wrapping up fabrication of a central production platform and project installation is expected in the second half of this year with first gas pegged for 2013.
In addition to the platform, the other production facilities include a 127 kilometre, 12-inch, subsea pipeline and an onshore gas processing terminal at Wenzhou, in Zhejiang province.
