US independent Llog Exploration is seeking approval of an exploration plan at the Leon prospect in the US Gulf.
The US independent is proposing to drill one well (with one mirror location) in Keathley Canyon Block 686 on acreage where it has taken over operatorship from Spain's Repsol, which drilled a successful appraisal well in 2016.
Full information on the plan, including a prospect name or timeline, was not yet publicly available, but the proposal was received by the agency on 13 February.
