The agreement with Vessel Gasification Solutions (VGS) provides for a 20-year free-on-board sale and purchase agreement of up to 4 million tonnes per annum of LNG from LNG Ltd’s proposed export project in the Port of Lake Charles, Louisiana. VGS would use the gas for its planned floating LNG import and regasification terminal at Kakinada Deepwater Port in Andhra Pradesh, India.
