Tullow Oil’s early oil pilot scheme (EOPS) is close to achieving a major milestone that could result in a parcel of Kenya's South Lokichar basin crude being exported within weeks, writes Iain Esau.
The EOPS involves oil derived from well testing and stored in the South Lokichar project area being trucked 1100 kilometres to Mombasa for eventual export.
