Russia's Lukoil is optimistic it will be able to further increase its production this year, after its oil and gas output climbed by more than 3% to 2.35 million barrels of oil equivalent per day in 2018.
Speaking this week on a conference call from Moscow, executives of the privately-owned company suggested the company expects a modest additional growth rate of about 1% or less in oil and gas output this year.
