A recent Upstream story about Curlew (page 16, 6 November issue) was illustrated with a picture of the Curlew FPSO in Maersk livery when it was still owned by the Danish player.
Maersk sold the vessel to Shell in 2013.
Danish floater operator Maersk FPSOs has asked us to clarify that the Curlew floating production, storage and offloading vessel operating on Shell’s Curlew oilfield in the UK sector of the North Sea is owned and operated by the Anglo-Dutch supermajor.
