Magellan Midstream Partners has decided to cancel initial plans to build out its Permian Gulf Coast pipeline project in partnership with Energy Transfer and Delek US, writes Kathrine Schmidt.
The project was intended to run from the partnership's Houston-area terminal to an Energy Transfer terminal in Nederland, Texas to help relieve evacuation bottlenecks in the prolific and growing US shale basin.
