ITALY’S Eni is scrutinising commercial bids from three consortia battling to build a brace of liquefaction trains onshore Mozambique.
Industry sources said what are expected to be final price offers were delivered to Eni in recent weeks covering the engineering, procurement and construction of two trains, each with a minimum capacity of 5 million tonnes per annum, fed by gas from Eni’s Mamba asset in Area 4.
