WIth its main operational base in Ciudad del Carmen in Mexico, Marecsa has successfully developed its own topsides processing technology, but the company has been waiting for Pemex to move ahead with its plans to expand its fleet of dynamically positioned, assisted well-test and process vessels, both in number and scale.
Marecsa has two such vessels on its books today, the Bourbon Opale and the Eco III.
