Malaysian oil company Hibiscus Petroleum is considering fixed and floating facilities, as well as tie-backs to nearby infrastructure, to develop the Marigold and Sunflower fields in the UK central North Sea, writes Rob Watts.
A company presentation to accompany financial results released this week said the evaluation of development concepts was continuing.
The fields hold “significant potential to drive future earnings growth”, said the presentation.
