Mariner and partners Noble Energy and Burlington Resources are still finalising development plans and have been preparing for two host options.
One option is to send production to BP's Marlin TLP in Viosca Knoll block 915, while the other is to send output on to ChevronTexaco's Petronius compliant tower in Viosca Knoll block 784.
A decision should be made by November, when Swordfish is expected to be sanctioned.
