Although a rig has not yet been selected, both 100%-owned prospects are on the drilling programme this year. The spud date could come sooner if Mariner finds partners to take a stake in either Daniel Boone or Khaki.
Anywhere from 25% to 50% is available, according to the company.
Mariner official Dave Huber said it was undecided which one to drill first.
