The manifold will link water injection wells to the floating production storage and offloading platform P-37 that will eventually produce up to 180,000 barrels per day. A second manifold will connect production wells and a third will serve both types of well. Delivery was originally scheduled for March 1999. However, a series of setbacks, including corrosion damage in the valves, caused delays.
